    Chef Mickeys at 7:15am.then going to MK. staying offsite. I want to know the quickest way for me to get to the opening ceremony. Park car at CR eat then opening then go move car to MK or park at MK, eat and back to MK.

    My family and I are huge fans of Chef Mickey's Fun Time Buffet at Disney's Contemporary Resort!  Being able to dine and meet Mickey and Friends while the monorail whizzes by is a definite must do for the family!

    Deciding where to park your vehicle to maximize your time is definitely key when planning your MK day.  I would suggest parking at the Transportation and Ticket Center and taking the monorail to CR.  Once you are done with your meal, you have the option of taking a leisurely stroll to the entrance of MK or hopping on the resort monorail and heading to MK.  If you park at CR and then have to back track to park at MK, it will take more time as you'd have to wait for the tram and then board the monorail or ferry to MK.
