Hi Kimberly,

Chef Mickey's is located at the Contemporary Resort and there is a direct bus there from the Animal Kingdom, just look for the correct bus stop at the front of the park. The journey will take roughly 25 minutes but I would suggest you allow at least an hour to get there after park closing in case you need to wait for a bus to arrive.

To get back to your resort after your meal either ride the monorail round to the Magic Kingdom or take the short walking path and then catch your resort bus from there.
