We have Chef Mickey reservations @ 0720 & plan MK after. Advised to park VIP @ Contemporary & walk, staying off site. Reading mixed posts on this topic. If we park TTC will there be enough time to make it to CM for reservations?

    Hi Melissa,

Greetings from a fellow Hoosier! I'm thrilled to hear that you'll be starting a magical day with breakfast at Chef Mickey's with Mickey Mouse himself and some of his closest friends! With delicious food and napkin-swinging fun, you're going to LOVE it!

While you will be entitled to a few hours of complimentary parking at Disney's Contemporary Resort while you're enjoying your breakfast, you won't be able to leave your car there all day. Due to limited availability, paid parking at Disney Resort hotels is reserved for overnight Guests. Hakuna Matata...no worries, though, as you have a couple of options. First, you could arrive early and park at the Transportation and Ticket Center. The Resort Monorail will be running early enough to take Guests to the Disney Resort hotels for breakfast reservations, then once you're finished with breakfast, you could either walk to Magic Kingdom Park or enjoy another monorail ride. Your other option is to park at Disney's Contemporary Resort during your breakfast, then move your vehicle over to the Transportation and Ticket Center when you're done. Would you rather be able to sleep in a little longer and be able to arrive closer to your breakfast reservation time, or would you prefer to have more time in the theme park once breakfast is done? It's completely up to you!

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Melissa, and please come back and see us again if you have any other questions as you're planning your trip. I hope that you have a truly magical...and delicious...vacation!
