Checking in at Saratoga March 2, 2026 after 10:00 pm. I’m wondering if bell services offers help bringing luggage to our Villa. As the resort is quite large and we don’t have a car it could be a trek to our room late at night.

    Hey there, Amy Lee!

I'm absolutely delighted to welcome you back to planDisney with yet another great question! It won't be long now until your visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth arrives, and all that planning and dreaming finally turns into unforgettable moments. You must be getting so excited as your countdown draws near...the pixie dust is just around the corner!

Saratoga Springs Resort is a fantastic choice for a home away from home during your vacation. My family has stayed there a few times, and it's one of those resorts we always enjoy returning to. The spacious accommodations and laid-back vibe make it a great place to unwind after a fun-filled park day. We also love how close it is to Disney Springs. It's so convenient to pop over for a great meal, or a Gideon's Peanut Butter Cold Brew, some shopping, or just a leisurely evening walk. It's the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and Disney magic.

Because Saratoga Springs is such a large, spread-out resort, I completely understand wanting a little extra help with your luggage when you arrive. A Cast Member from Bell Services will be more than happy to assist by delivering your bags right to your room. Once everything is taken care of, you'll be all set to enjoy a good night's rest and wake up refreshed for your very first full day at Walt Disney World!

Don't forget...because you're staying at a Disney Resort, you'll have some extra perks that can really enhance your vacation. You'll be able to purchase your Lightning Lane passes up to 7 days before your check-in date, giving you a head start on planning your park days. Plus, you'll also get to take advantage of Early Theme Park Entry, allowing you to enter the parks 30 minutes before other Guests!

Amy Lee, I hope this has been helpful and that you have the very best trip! If any other questions pop up, you're always welcome to return to planDisney!

    Magical Wishes,

    Kami
