    We are checking in to AOA on 06/08. What time is check in and what do we do with our luggage and any refrigerated items that we will need to keep cold so that we can start enjoying the parks? I don't really want to leave them in our car all day. Thanks!

    Hi Kayla,

    The official check-in time at AoA is 3:00 p.m. This is the time when your room is going to be available. But you can register at the hotel as early in the morning as you like. This will allow you to get your Key to the World card (resort ID) as well as any park tickets or Dining Plan credits you have ordered as part of your package.

    Once you've registered, you can leave anything you like with the Bell Services desk at your hotel. They will tag your items, give you a receipt, and hold them in a secure location. They can even store perishables for you so that they don't melt in a hot car.

    This allows you to head off and enjoy the parks, even if your room is not yet ready. When you return, just show your receipt at Bell Services and they will help you get your bags to your room.
