    We check-in to Bay Lake on the 4th. I tried to check-in online, but I get a message 'online check-in is not available for this Resort hotel'. Is it not available for Bay Lake, or do I have a different problem?

    I think it's just a Bay Lake thing. I'm guessing that their systems are not yet fully operational because (drumroll please) ...

    August 4, 2009 is the first day that guests will be staying at Bay Lake Towers. You get to be part of history by being one of the very first guests in this jewel of a new resort.

    If you have any concerns at all about the status of your reservation, you can contact DVC guest services if you booked through the DVC or 407-W-DISNEY if you are not a DVC member.

    Have a FABULOUS stay at the BLT. Be sure to take lots of photos and maybe even keep some notes or a diary. Your memories of that first day are something you'll want to preserve.
