Online Check-In is completed and your Walt Disney World vacation is just around the river bend, so EXCITING! During online check-in, you are able to make a limited selection of requests. But for further requests, that are not included when completing the
online check-in, Guests have a couple of options. First, you can call (407) 939-1936 and speak to a Cast Member, who can add the extra request to your reservation. Or second, if you have the
My Disney Experience mobile app, reach out to a Cast Member with the Chat With Us feature. Simply open your My Disney Experience mobile app and select the menu option in the lower right-hand corner, then scroll down to the Chat With Us feature and begin a conversation. Include your Resort Reservation number and your request and a Cast Member will be in touch to assist you. Requests are not guaranteed but most the time every effort is made to accommodate.
With online check-in Guests will arrive at their Home Away from Home and if their room is not quite ready, Bell Services will store your luggage and you can begin your Magical Day. Based on the communication preferences, you have chosen, you will receive updates and notifications when your room is ready, your room number and through your My Disney Experience mobile app use the Resort Map to locate your room. It's that simple. Upon arrival to your room, use your Disney MagicBand, Keys to the World Card or
Unlock Door Feature to access your Home Away from Home.
