How do I check my Walt Disney World exchange certificate

    Hiya Joshua.

I am so glad you stopped by planDisney . You must be so excited  for your upcoming visit and could not have picked a better time to visit Walt Disney World during it's 50th Anniversary. We just returned and it truly is The Most Magical Celebration! If your visit is still a couple of months away, be sure to check out Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, or my family's favorite, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.  The dates and ticket information was just announced. These special ticket events are held at Magic Kingdom on select nights from mid August through December and are a blast!

It sounds like you already have your exchange certificate. Remember to keep the certificate in a safe place as it as precious as a park ticket. If you would like to check your certificate and connect it to you or a guest, start by loading it onto your My Disney Experience account. Scan the back barcode and the certificate will automatically load onto your account. From there, you can select the guest that the ticket should be linked to and you can review the details for the certificate. Once the certificate is loaded and assigned, you will be able to make theme park reservations and you are all set and can start packing. Remember to bring the certificate with you, as you will need to visit a Cast Member at one of the ticket windows  and have the certificate exchanged for an actual ticket.

I hope these steps help. If you have any more questions my friends and I are here to lend a hand.

Hope to see ya real soon!
