Hi, Is there a way for me to check my visit count to Walt Disney World with my Annual Pass?

    Hi Chad!

Having an Annual Pass is such a great way to experience the Walt Disney World Resort because you can visit so often, and there are so many amazing special extras for Passholders!  If you would like to see how many times that you have used your Annual Pass, you have a few options.

The best way to check how many times you have used your Annual Pass would be to contact the Existing Tickets line at (407) 566-4985.  A Cast Member will be able to tell you how many days you have used!

You can also email ticket.usage@disneyworld.com with a scan of the font and back of your Annual Pass, a scan of your valid Government-Issued ID, your full name, your address, and your daytime phone number.  They are able to tell guests how many days remain on their tickets, so they should also be able to tell you how many days you have used your Annual Pass!

Lastly, of course, if you are visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, the Cast Members at any Guest Relations window should be able to assist you!

If you would like to see details about your previous visits to the Walt Disney World Resort, you can do this by visiting your My Disney Experience account online.  In the top right drop-down menu, click "My Reservations and Tickets," then in the upper left-hand corner of the page click on "Show All."  Scroll down and select "Show Past Items."  This will show you all of your previous Walt Disney World Resort Hotel stays, dining reservations, and previous ticket purchases.

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
