I am about to check in for my upcoming cruise in January. Do my passports need to be signed to be official. I noticed one person in my party just got there and didn't sign it you.

    Hi Kimberly,

Welcome aboard planDisney! Wow, your Disney Cruise Line vacation is almost here!

I know you and your crew are so excited, so let's get you ready for Online Check-In. You may submit your passport picture page for Online Check-In for the Guest who has not yet signed their passport, but the passport must be signed when you check in at the port terminal. Though, no worries if there is an issue with the documents you submit online. You will receive a notification (usually an email) from Disney Cruise Line with information on how to remedy the issue before you set sail.

When you arrive at the port on embarkation day, remember to pack your travel documents in your carry-on bag. I like the convenience of using the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App on embarkation day, so you will want to download the app and make sure your account information is synced up. I also recommend printing a copy of the Port Arrival Form, just in case. Remember to back any valuables, medications and other necessities in your carry-on bag, too!

I hope your check-in time online and in person is smooth sailing, Kimberly! Let us know if you have other questions; we are happy to help.

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Shannon
