Hi there, Carrie! Welcome to planDisney.
I can understand your confusion and sympathize. Many
policies and procedures have changed since the temporary closure of Walt Disney World Resort. The
Disney Park Pass system was implemented during the reopening period of Walt Disney World Resort in an effort to better manage theme park capacity. At this time, all Guests ages 3 and up will need both a Disney Park Pass reservation and valid
admission in order to enter a theme park.
If you made a Disney Park Pass reservation, you should be able to view your Disney Park Pass in your "Future Plans" on the
My Disney Experience mobile app or under "My Plans" on the
My Disney Experience website. You should also have received an email from Walt Disney World Reservations with the subject "Disneyworld Theme Park Reservation Confirmation".
If you still need to make Disney Park Pass reservations, I recommend that you continue to check the
theme park availability calendar. Other Guests' plans change all the time, and it is possible that your desired date and/or theme park will become available.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to stop by planDisney again anytime. I am hoping loads of pixie dust will find its way to you and you are able to secure the reservations you are looking for.
Anne Marie
