Can I still check in with my online tickets if I don’t have the original credit card? My card number has changed since I purchased them.

    Hey there, hi there, Jacob!

It’s always wonderful to see a fellow Texan drop by planDisney!

How exciting that you will be headed to The Most Magical Place on Earth soon! I hope you’re getting ready to enjoy all the Mickey-shaped treats and the Attractions and Entertainment during the phased reopening of the Theme Parks! I just got back from a trip recently, and I am already planning another adventure to return to the magic!

Jacob, I went ahead and contacted a Cast Member at Existing Tickets for you and was told that if you don’t have the original form of payment, they would recommend you bring as much of the information as you can along with your ID, such as an old bank statement etc. If you have MagicBands on your My Disney Experience account, you could just use the MagicBands as your physical Theme Park tickets and go to the gate. In case you would like a Cast Member to look into your account, you can use the Chat option and a Cast Member can send you a form to fill out which will allow them to check into details of your account to further assist you.

If you have not already so, I want to encourage you to make those Disney Park Pass reservations so you’re able to get to the Parks and have the most enchanting time as soon as you arrive! Another great recommendation is to check out the Know Before You Go page which is a helpful guide with current policies!

Jacob, if you ever have any more questions about your Disney vacations, we are all ears!
