Can I check in online then call ASMovies to request my room at the 101 Dalmatians building? I noticed this bldg is between both pools, and close to the entrance.

    Hi Renata,

Yes. You're welcome to make a room location request at All Star Movies. While requests are not guaranteed, Disney does make a real effort to accommodate guests.

You should make you request both online and over the phone. During online check-in, you may encounter a screen that asks if you have any special requests. You should of course mention your room preference there. It also helps to call the resort directly about a week before your check-in. Ask to speak with the "back office" or "room assignments." They will make sure your wishes are noted on your file during the actual assignment process.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
