    If I check in online will I still be able to fax specific request(s) to the resort a few days ahead? We are seven days from arrival and the anticipation is palpable in my house with this being our first trip. Thank you Moms (and Dads) for all your help.

    Hi Robin! The countdown is definitely on! So exciting! No worries at all about making your room request. Definitely do the online check-in. It is fantastic to walk up to the front desk and have your package ready to go. They will take into account your room request. Remember though, that although they will do your best to accommodate you, room requests are not guaranteed. And no worries if you're not satisfied with your room assignment, the cast member at check-in will help you out.
