    We check in out 1st night at 3pm(I requested an early check in). We have dinner reservations at Chef Mickeys at 5:15pm and are planning the go to Magic Kingdom afterwards. What mode of transportation would you recommend? We will have our car.

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm glad you reached out to us.

    I'm excited you have a visit to Walt Disney World Resort coming soon! Kicking your visit off at Chef Mickey's sounds perfect. It's my son's very favorite spot for dinner.

    If you aren't staying at a Monorail resort, I'd recommend taking a bus to Magic Kingdom Park. Disney's Contemporary Resort is not a difficult walk from the Magic Kingdom bus stop (just turn right instead of turning left to the parks and follow the brick sidewalk). You'll have ample time to get there from the moment you check into your resort to the time of your dinner reservations. Taking Disney Bus Transportation will make it so much easier to return to your resort at the end of your night in the Magic Kingdom. Traffic in the area is always tricky at the end of the day. Let the bus drivers drive so you can relax and enjoy every second of your visit!
