    If i check in 1 night and go to MK the next day but check out before going to the park that day, will I still be able to use the bus transportation to go and come back once we are ready to leave the park.

    Yes, absolutely. We have often used the Disney transportation system after we have checked out of our resort. Almost every trip, we check out of our room in the morning, leave our luggage with the bell services desk at our hotel, and then go off for a meal or a few more hours of park time. Then we take the Disney bus back to the hotel to pick up our bags and head to the airport. This is common practice and very easy to do.
