Check in @ DW Apr. 16, 2016. I calculate my 180 days for dining resv. at Oct. 18 or 19, depending on how it's calculated. Can someone please check this for me??? I wish My Disney App or website calculated this for you like it does for online check in. Ty!

    Hi Lynn!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  It sounds like you already know how important that 180 day mark is for making your Advance Dining Reservations, especially if you're craving some of the more popular restaurants at Walt Disney World.  Those spots can go quickly!

I think adding this feature to My Disney Experience is a great idea...hopefully, that's something that is planned for the future.  Until then, I'd recommend using one of the unofficial online calculators that are available just for this purpose.  I personally like to use the site to calculate the exact dates I can make various reservations.  Using the calculator there, I see your magical date will be October 19, 2015.

Keep in mind that if you're staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you'll be able to make your Advance Dining Reservations for your entire trip (up to 10 days) on that date.  You have 3 ways to make those reservations: online through the Dining page of the Walt Disney World website, by using the My Disney Experience mobile app or by calling (407) WDW-DINE (939-3463).  For the first 2 options, you'll be able to begin making your dining reservations at 6:00 a.m. (Eastern time) at that 180 day mark, but if making your reservations by phone, you'll have to wait until 7:00 a.m. (Eastern time) to call.

I hope that helps, Lynn, and wishing you delicious Disney dining!  Please visit again if we can help answer any other questions.  We always love hEARing from you!
