Welcome to planDisney, Geralynn.
Boy oh boy, your magical vacation will be here faster than Dash Parr from
The Incredibles can run a mile! It's time to get your ears on and start packing those bags, because you're going to
Walt Disney World Resort!
It's great to hEAR you have
theme park tickets that may still be valid. That's like finding the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow! Now, we just need to find out if you can still use them. First, try to locate the ticket ID numbers and use that information to
link them to your
My Disney Experience account. If you are able to successfully link the tickets, then you should be able to assign them to an individual from your
Family & Friends list and use them accordingly. If you have any trouble or are unable to locate the ticket ID numbers, you will need to reach out to a helpful Cast Member by calling (407) 939-4357 or (407) 939-1289. Alternatively, you can send an email to ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com. Their special dose of pixie dust is sure to put you on the right track.
Remember, in addition to having valid
theme park admission, you must also have a
Disney Park Pass reservation in order to enter the theme parks. You can check the
availability calendar for Park Passes ahead of time, but don't wait too long to book them since availability can sell out.
Geralynn, get your camera ready. You're coming "home" to the magic during the
50th Anniversary Celebration, so there will be oodles of photo opportunities. Strike a pose with as many of the
Disney Fab 50 Character Collection statues as you can find. Of course, no trip to Walt Disney World Resort is complete without a picture in front of
Cinderella Castle. Be sure to snap a picture during the day and as it illuminates with magic at night. Don't forget to stop by
Town Square Theater to grab a photo with Mickey Mouse as well.
I hope this information proves helpful, Geralynn. If I misunderstood your question or you need further clarification, don't hesitate to
drop me a line. I'm happy to help!
Have courage and be kind,
Alyssa
