How can i check my 2-day,1-park per day disneyland resort ticket is still valid?

    Hi Jennifer!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We are happy to help you find the best way to determine if your current ticket is still valid to visit Mickey Mouse at The Happiest Place on Earth!

If you have a 2 day, 1 park per day ticket and you have used it at all, it will expire 13 days from it's first use, so if you have used it at all and that time frame has passed, it's likely no longer a valid ticket. If you haven't used it at all, you can check to see if there is a posted expiration date on the ticket. If you purchased online and have an e-Ticket, this may be trickier to find than a physical ticket which should clearly have it stamped on the back. If you have an e-Ticket and you can't find it in the email, you can always link your ticket to the Disneyland Mobile App which should give you further details on your ticket and it's validity. Your final option would just be to call a friendly Cast Member that can help you look up your ticket in the system and determine if you are good to go or not. To contact someone for ticket questions please call 714-781-4636

Please come back and let us know if we can help in any other way!
