Hi Kevin,
Thanks for sailing by planDisney with another great question!
I know how exciting these days leading up to your Disney Cruise Line vacation can be, so let's take this worry off your list. It can take up to a few weeks for
online check-in information to be reviewed and approved. If there is an issue with your documentation or information, you will receive an email from Disney Cruise Line asking you to update the necessary items. Recently, my check-in was pending due to my security photo being blurry. It took a while to receive the email asking me to try again, but when I resubmitted, I was approved in a day or two. So, I wouldn't worry just yet. If you don't receive the "approved" message a week before your sail date, you should
call Disney Cruise Line and inquire about your status.
Once everything is approved, don't forget to pack your
Government-issued ID and
boarding documents, including your Port Arrival Form if you aren't using the digital version in your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, in your carry-on bag so you have them available to present upon arrival at the port. These documents will be verified before you are given a boarding group number.
I hope you already received your approval, Kevin, so you can focus on daydreaming about your vacation. Please let us know if you have other questions; we are here to help!
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
