Hi there, Kasey! Welcome back to planDisney!
I'm so excited to hear that you're planning a trip to
Walt Disney World Resort! There's nothing I love more than making advance dining reservations for new and favorite restaurants. However, I'm so sorry to hear that you haven't been able to make reservations for the length of your trip! I'd love to help you turn this pumpkin of a problem back into a carriage.
Kasey, Guests who are staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel can make
advance dining reservations beginning 60 days prior to their arrival date, for the length of their trip (up to 10 days). In my experience, sometimes my account can act a little tricky when trying to make all of my reservations. Here are a few tips you can try:
- Make sure that you're using one of the recommended browsers when making your reservations. Personally, I tend to have the best experience using Google Chrome. You can also try to make your reservations through the My Disney Experience app.
- Log out of your My Disney Experience account, then log back in. Sometimes this can trigger the website to recognize your Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation, opening up the rest of the days for your trip.
- Try using incognito mode. To do this, I use Google Chrome as my web browser, tap the three dots in the upper right-hand corner, then tap New Incognito Window. Try logging into your My Disney Experience account here to make your reservations.
- When all else fails, you can always reach out to a Cast Member. Try calling a Cast Member at (407) 939-4357 and they'll be happy to help you with any next steps!
I'm sending you all the faith, trust, and pixie dust that you're able to make all of your dining reservations, Kasey! If you have any other questions, please visit us again.
You've got a friend in me!
