Can I check my bags with Bell Services and expect them to transfer my bags to my room when it's ready?

    Hi Patrick!

Welcome to planDisney! I’m so happy you popped in with your question, as this is something I have a lot of experience with. I always prefer to book my family on an early flight to Orlando, and a late flight on the way home. I am usually able to find a lower-price airfare this way, and we have more of our day to enjoy the Most Magical Place on Earth!

Upon arrival at your Disney Resort Collection Hotel, simply take your bags to Bell Services, who will be happy to keep them safe while you go off to enjoy the theme parks, the pool, or a meal. I recommend packing a day bag with the items you will need such as MagicBands, swimsuits and sunscreen, or a change of clothes for little ones. While Bell Services will not automagically deliver your bags to your room, you can call from your room phone to have them delivered once you arrive. You do need to be present to accept them from the Cast Member. If you prefer, you can also stop by the Bell Services desk to pick up your bags yourself. This service is complimentary, though I personally tip the Cast Member handling my bags.

On your departure day, you may also use Bell Services. They can pick up your bags from your room and hold them until you are ready for departure. I hope this helps with your planning, Patrick. Wishing you a wonderful visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
