I understand how important it is to be able to connect with a live agent sometimes in order to have your question addressed quickly. Disney has always been known for their white glove service and this extends to their on-line interactions as well.
I'm happy to report that there are a couple of ways that you can Chat with a Cast Member. Thankfully, the Chat feature is still available through the
Disneyland Resort website. From the main site, you can click on
"Help" at the very top menu next to the search bar. At the next link, you will see an option along the right side of the window that will allow you to Chat with a Cast Member between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific. This option can also be found on the
Phone Directory and
Email Us pages.
Alternatively, you can also use the
Disneyland Mobile App to connect with a Cast Member. I've found this option to still be available after the website Chat has already closed for the day. Locate the ☰ Features Menu and select "Chat with Us" and, if available, a friendly Cast Member will help you out!
I love interacting with Cast Members when we have questions and they're always so friendly and eager to help! Be sure to use the Cast Compliment feature in the Disneyland Mobile App if you feel that they have gone above and beyond to spread some pixie dust! The Disney Parks certainly wouldn't be the same without the Cast Members who are responsible for the Magic. Isn't that why we love the Parks and return time and time again?
