If you've just returned home from your vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth -- I hope you had the most incredible time! If you're getting ready to visit Disney World -- I hope you're ready for a whole lot of magic and fun!
There are a few options for you to view the charges that were made to your
MagicBand during your vacation, Susanne. I will list them below for you:
-In the
My Disney Experience Mobile App there should be a "My Resort Stay" feature viewable to you. From there you will see your hotel name/room number. There should also be a "View Charges" option. If you click "View Charges" it will take you to a list of all of the purchases made with your MagicBand. If it's been a while since your vacation, this option may no longer be available within the Mobile App.
-After you check out of your hotel, you should receive an email shortly after that says something like "Disney Resort Hotel Receipt" that you can open. That email attachment will have a folio of all of the charges made to your MagicBand. (If you do not see that email, be sure to check your spam folder.)
-If you cannot access either of those options, Susanne, you can
call a Cast Member that specializes in billing at (407) 828-5630. You can request your MagicBand statement from there.
