Hi Anna!
It looks like you might already be on-site or arriving very shortly. Either way, I'm happy to help ensure your devices, gadgets, and gizmos aplenty are all fully charged during your visit.
Like Ariel, I often find myself saying, "Look at this stuff. Isn't it neat?" every time I explore the parks. I've been known to get photo-happy and document every whozit, whatzit, and magical moment, and with an older version of iPhone, find my battery drains faster than I'd like. You'll find plenty of outlets around your Disney Resorts Collection hotel room for overnight recharges, and can usually find outlets tucked around the parks to refuel throughout the day if needed.
I like hunting for hidden Pascals near the Rapunzel-themed restrooms in Magic Kingdom Park, and if you keep your eyes peeled, you'll find
outlets in the same area. You'll find some shade and even more outlets in the tents near Pete's Silly Sideshow. I also love grabbing a table in World Celebration near the EPCOT main entrance and charging up as needed. I plan to bring my laptop along to answer a few guest questions while enjoying the ambient music there later this month.
If you packed in a hurry and left your charger behind, you'll also find
portable charger kiosks throughout the parks and resorts. These are pretty great as the kits come with a variety of cables to fit most devices, are small, but can charge quickly without taking up too much room in your bag or pocket,
and you can even swap out a drained battery for a new one as needed. You can recharge these devices as well, so you'll always have a fresh backup battery to keep enjoying the magic.
Anna, if I've misunderstood your question or you need further clarification, I recommend checking out the
property rules, which will outline any prohibited items. In the meantime, feel free to swim back to planDisney to ask us questions and get some answers.
Thanks for being part of our world!
Amy
