is there a charge to have your purchases sent back to your resort room?

    Hi Lauren,

Nope, no charge. I do this several times on every Walt Disney World vacation. It's a great way to make your load lighter when you're touring the parks.

When you get to the register with your purchase, simply tell the clerk that you'd like your purchase sent to your resort. You'll fill out a quick bit of paperwork and then you're on your way.

I have two bits of clarification for you. First, your packages are not sent directly to your room. You have to pick them up yourself at your resort gift shop. Second, you have nearly everything you buy sent to the resort except food. If you buy candy/cookies/etc, you'll have to bring them back to your room yourself.

    Have a great trip!
