    Does characters come to the concierge level for the kids?

    Hi Luisa! My family often stays on the club-level, or concierge floor, at the Walt Disney World resort hotels. We love the convenience of having food and drinks available in the lounge, the assistance with itinerary planning, the line-free check in, and the nightly turn-down service. While the club-level has lots of perks, characters on the concierge floor is not one that I've ever seen. If you want to see the characters, your best bet is to schedule a meal with them or to line up for the character Meet and Greets in the parks.
