    I have 5 character meals booked for our 5 yr old daughters for their 1st WD trip! Only 1 additional sit down meal allowed on our dining plan....suggestions for Epcot dinner that is not character?

    Barb,

    Oh, how I love dining questions!

    So if you have one dinner left, that probably means one credit. There are several good choices that are not character meals. Here are some of my favorites, and why;

    Biergarten: At dinner the live entertainment makes this German buffet an entertaining and lively choice. There are some traditional items for kids on the line if they are not up for exotic fare.

    Chefs de France: Resembling a Parisian sidewalk cafe, the food and ambiance are enjoyable.

    Restaurant Marrakesh: Far more exotic, with a setting, entertainment, and food that could be both a memorable experience, but perhaps not ideal for a 5-year old. Check the menu to see if you think they are up for it.

    Via Napoli: Our new favorite, this is the best pizza on property, and kid-friendly while still being a nice meal for parents too.

    Hacienda de San Angel:
    Smaller portions of very good food, paired with a view of the World Showcase lagoon for those who like semi-traditional Mexican fare.

    Rose and Crown: Fun for a British pub style setting. As with all of these, compare the menus to see if you like what they have to offer.

    So that is a lot of suggestions, I know. I wanted to tell you the ones I consider when going, and you can see what foods you like. But if I had to pick two, I would go for Via Napoli or Hacienda de San Angel.

    Write me back if you want to chat more. I love to chat food!

    Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
