Are there any character dining experiences at the Animal Kingdom? I have looked and noticed there are at the other parks but did not notice for the Animal Kingdom. We are arriving 09/27 thru 10/3. THANKS A MILLION!

They wouldn't leave the Animal Kingdom out of the fun, of course there's a character dining experience there.

The Animal Kingdom is the location of Donald's Safari breakfast at the Tusker House restaurant. This is one of my favorite character meals, partly because this is one of the best places to see Daisy Duck (and really, how can you have a bad day when you're hanging with Daisy) and partly because the food is so darn yummy.

The buffet line here features traditional American breakfast dishes: eggs, waffles, fruit, etc. But they also serve some unique African dishes. I love that my kids can be happy with their donuts and bacon (hey, they're on vacation) and I get to try some wonderful unfamiliar foods. Everyone leaves happy.
