Aloha, and welcome to planDisney! My friends and family call me Lane, so meeting someone with that in common is a treat. I'm so glad you've made the trek across the country to
Walt Disney World Resort. What a fun time to visit! And a character breakfast at
'Ohana sounds positively magical. So let's see if we can find a way to get you there.
I spoke with a friendly Cast Member who confirmed that
Disney Bus Service at Disney Springs would start around 10 AM, so that won't be an option. If you're staying near
Disney Springs, I'd suggest checking with your hotel to see if they have a shuttle service you could use to get to
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. My final idea, and the one the Cast Member recommended, is to use a rideshare service of your choosing. Remember that some shuttles and most rideshares will drop you at the Ticket & Transportation Center, where you can walk or take the monorail to The Polynesian. I can't wait to try the
'Ohana Plant-Based Breakfast Skillet! It looks like a delicious way to start the day.
One final tip is to experience the new thrill attraction at
Magic Kingdom Park,
TRON Lightcycle / Run. I've entered The Grid several times, and each ride gets better! Although the process might change, you can currently join the
Virtual Queue for this attraction at 7 AM sharp from anywhere. All you need is the My Disney Experience Mobile App and a
Theme Park Reservation for Magic Kingdom Park. So watch your clock and join the queue at 7:00 AM on the dot for your best chance of securing a boarding group. I'm sending pixie dust in hopes you can ride for Team Blue!
Lane, I know you will make so many memories on this visit. Please
stop by planDisney anytime with questions! From one Lane to another, hang ten!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
