A warm welcome to planDisney, Sam!
We're so happy to see that you'll be visiting Disney World for your very first time later this month! I'm incredibly excited for you and hope you're ready for a whole lot of magic and memories! (Be sure to get your Complimentary "1st Visit" Button from any of the Gift Shops or at Guest Relations! Wear that thing around with pride -- it also makes a lovely keepsake!)
Since you'll be driving yourself, you'll need to park at the Transportation and Ticketing Center for access to Magic Kingdom. You'll have plenty of time to park, go through security, ride the
Monorail to Magic Kingdom, scan your ticket, and walk to
Crystal Palace, Sam! The Transportation and Ticketing Center usually opens 60-90 minutes before Magic Kingdom opens, so you'll need to confirm when the park opens on the day your reservation is for. Assuming it is a typical day, the park opens at 9:00am, that means the TTC will let people start parking at about 7:30am. I would recommend getting there around that time, so you have plenty of wiggle room before your reservation -- and so you can enjoy a little time on Main Street before your 9:15am reservation at Crystal Palace! Magic Kingdom lets people through the turnstiles before the park officially opens so if you're there early you should still be able to enter with no problems!
If you find that you're still wanting some magic from the Hundred Acre Woods characters after Crystal Palace, I highly recommend riding
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh! My family even likes waiting in line for this attraction as the queue has lots of fun interactive things for children and adults to enjoy!
If you have additional questions before your arrival, Sam, we'd love to hear from you again at planDisney!
