Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    We have a character breakfast at the castle but did not plan on staying at Magic Kingdom after as we have reservations later that day for the Polynesian. Do you need a park pass to enter for a reserved breakfast?

    Hi Denise,

    You do need to use a park admission ticket any time you enter a theme park, even if you just want to have a meal or go shopping. To have breakfast at the Castle, you would need to use your park admission ticket to get into the Magic Kingdom.

    I have to say that I'm a bit confused by the second part of your question. The Magic Kingdom is just a ten minute monorail ride away from the Polynesian. Unless you're going immediately from breakfast to lunch, you should have time to work in some rides at the Magic Kingdom. Also, when you use your park ticket, you can leave and reenter the park as many times as you like during the day. You could possibly go from your reservation at the Poly and then return to the Magic Kingdom for more fun later in the day.
