Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Samantha! I am so happy to hear that you have been able to rebook your
Walt Disney World vacation. It is always so nice to have a magical vacation to look forward to in the near future. I am a huge fan of using a
Dining Plan when visiting Walt Disney World and I absolutely love having most of our meals and snacks paid for in advance.
When booking a
Disney Resort Hotel, you can add a Dining Plan option, such as the
Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan, which entitles you to two quick-service meals and two snacks or non-alcoholic beverages for each member of your party, per night of stay. So for your vacation package, with a six-night stay, you will receive 12 quick-service meals and 12 snacks or non-alcoholic beverages for each member in your party. You will also receive a refillable resort mug for each guest ages 3 and over for use at any of the Rapid Refill Stations found in the Disney Resort hotels. There are over 100 quick-service locations that can be found throughout the parks, resorts, and
Disney Springs where you can easily make use of those quick-service and snack credits. For an even more convenient quick-service experience, check out some of the restaurants that offer
mobile ordering.
Since you will have six nights worth of meals, but seven days total for your vacation, you may want to check out some of the quick-service locations that provide huge portions that can be shared between several people in your party. My family has found that one
Ribs, Chicken and Pulled Pork Sampler from
Flame Tree Barbecue in
Disney’s Animal Kingdom, can easily feed at least two members of our family, meaning we only have to use two of our quick-service credits for our family of four. One thing I can say for sure is that we have never left Walt Disney World hungry when using a Dining Plan. Between the meals and snacks, you will find yourselves deliciously well fed and full of yummy treats during your vacation.
I hope that you have a wonderful time in The Most Magical Place on Earth this June! Please stop back by if we can help answer any more of your vacation questions.
