    Changing credit card for passholder

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Andrew!

    It is not a problem at all to change the credit card information that is stored in your My Disney Experience account.  Simply go to your profile, then select "Payment Method" and you can edit or remove your credit card information.  On a desktop, you will see the link to your profile just under your name and character icon when  you hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the page.  On the My Disney Experience mobile app, select the menu button in the lower right corner, and scroll down to find "My Profile".

    If instead you were asking about changing the credit card used for the Monthly Payment Program for Florida residents, you may do that in person at a Walt Disney World Guest Relations location, or by calling Passholder Payment Services at (888) 701-4100.
