I changed jobs and no longer have access to my email account linked to my My Disney Experience account. I would like to change this but I seem to need to be able to retrieve the code sent to my old work email in order to do so. Is there another option?

    Heigh-Ho Jack,

I am sorry to hEAR about your email dilemma but can happily point you in the right direction. Our My Disney Experience holds on to a lot of information and vacation planning needs we need. In your situation, since you do not have access to your old email address, it is time to call a Cast Member, in Web Support, who can assist you in recovering all your information. A Cast Member can be reached by dialing (407) 939-4357. Phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. Cast Members are currently dealing with a high call volume and as the old adage goes, “The early bird gets the worm.” Rise and shine and dial while brewing a pot of coffee so you can get this conundrum resolved.

When you are ready to begin planning your next Walt Disney World vacation, we will be right here ready to assist. What’s happening for the 50th Anniversary of Walt Disney World? How do I get from my Walt Disney World Resort to dinner at Cape May Cafe?  What can kids do will I enjoy the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival? If you have a Walt Disney World vacation question, we have a Walt Disney World vacation experienced answer.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

    Amy M.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
