You have two options for updating the email address you use to access your
My Disney Experience account. Online, you’ll want to log into the
personal information section of your account. In the
My Disney Experience mobile app, tap the three lines in the lower right-hand corner of your screen and tap “My Profile.” Once you’re in the “My Profile” section of your account (online or via the mobile app), tap or click “Account Settings.” On the mobile app, you should just see your email address. Tap anywhere in the blank to change it; you’ll see a pop-up message with an alert that says “Changing your email address will change it for all Disney websites where you registered using this email address.” After you acknowledge this by tapping “OK,” you’ll be able to change the address. (You can also change your password from this screen.)
If you’re making the change through a web browser, you’ll see a few more options. After clicking “Account Settings,” you’ll be able to change and confirm your email address. From here you can also change your password and update or change your security questions and answers if necessary. When you’ve made the correct changes, simply click the blue “Done” button.
Keep in mind that you’ll also need to update your login information if you have it and/or your current password stored on your computer or mobile device. To prompt this change, simply click the three lines in the upper left of your web browser or lower right of your mobile app and choose “Sign Out.” When you sign in again, you should be able to update your stored information.
