    I changed my credit card on my MDE. Can I go to Guest Services to get a PIN set up or only at the resorts?

    Hello, Shannon! We're so glad you stopped by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I see you only a few more sleeps until you're at The Most Magical Place on Earth... so exciting!

    Once you arrive, the only place to reset your PIN code would be at the front desk of your Walt Disney World Resort hotel. Since you have a few days before you leave, you can also try doing this through your My Disney Experience account. Just hover over "My Disney Experience" on the top right corner to then click on the blue link that says, "Profile." From there, you can click on "Payment Method" to update credit card information as well as reset your 4-digit room account PIN number (this will also work on the My Disney Experience Mobile app).
