I think you are asking about changing your
Disney Park Pass reservation. Due to limited theme park capacity, attendance is being managed with the Disney Park Pass reservation system. All Guests will need a reservation as well as valid admission for theme park entry.
If your plans have changed and you would like to visit a different theme park than the one you originally reserved or if you would like to select a different date, you will need to cancel your current Disney Park Pass reservation and then make a new reservation. Locate the Disney Park Pass you wish to cancel in "My Plans" in your
My Disney Experience account. (Select "View Details" next to your Disney Park Pass on the website. If using the
mobile app, simply click on the pass you need to cancel.) You will see the option to cancel the pass on the next screen.
Before canceling your reservation, be sure to check the
Disney Park Pass availability calendar to verify your chosen park has reservations available on your selected date. Reservations are limited, and availability can change at any time.
