How do I change my ticket dates but still keep my park reservations?

    Heigh-Ho Felicia,

This is a great question and I think I understand what you are asking. You would like your ticket start date to begin later but you already have Disney Park Pass reservations that will coordinate with the date change and you wish to keep those reservations so you don’t run the chance of losing them.

I believe speaking to a Cast Member is your best plan of ticket attack and you have two options. One, the My Disney Experience mobile app has a Chat With Us feature. Sign in to your My Disney Experience mobile app, tap on the menu button in the lower right-hand corner and scroll down to the Chat With Us tab. Here you can begin a chat dialogue with a Cast Member who can accommodate your wish and set you up for success. Your second option is calling (407) 566-4985 and speaking to a Cast Member. If your tickets are not linked to a My Disney Experience profile or you do not have one be sure to have the 12-digit Ticket ID Numbers on hand. Phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. Mickey Time so rise and shine and dial early.

If I can be of any further assistance with your Walt Disney World vacation planning feel free to ask me. In the meantime, as Walt Disney World continues to make changes in its guidelines and procedures Guests should stay up to date by reading the Know Before You Go page and the Disney Parks Blog. I hope your stay is filled with many magical and memorable moments.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,
