I completely understand that sometimes the clock strikes midnight on our plans. Although it's difficult to have to reschedule a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth when you're looking forward to it, I'm happy to tell you the magic will be here and waiting for you when you're ready to visit!
Jennifer, as long as your
theme park tickets are unused, you should be able to change the date on your My Disney Experience account. To do this, please follow the steps below.
-Sign into your
My Disney Experience account.
-Next, place your cursor over the My Disney Experience logo in the upper right-hand corner, and from the drop-down menu, select
My Plans.
-You will want to scroll down to the
My Plans, Reservations and Tickets section, and next to
Daily Itinerary, select
Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker in blue.
-You should see a small blue link to
Change Ticket, and by selecting it, you can make your changes from there. Please keep in mind that if your new date's theme park tickets have a price increase, you will have to pay the difference.
