Ian Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Can we change the start valid date on our tickets..they are dated the 20th Sept the day we travel .

Hi Ian – so excited to hear about your upcoming trip to my home state of California!

Travel days can be long, so I understand why you may not want to roam the theme parks on the day of your arrival, especially for the long trip from Great Britain.

If you want to change the theme park reservation dates for your Disneyland Resort tickets, you may do so online by visiting the My Reservations webpage and signing into your Disneyland Account. Once signed in, you will first need to cancel your reservation for the day you no longer want, then you can use My Reservations to book new dates. Note, I recommend you check that the new desired date is available before canceling your existing reservation, as reservations fill up on some days.

And if you are thinking about something easy but fun to do on your arrival date, I have a recommendation for you -- dessert! One of the best dessert places is in the Downtown Disney District at Black Tap Craft Burgers and Shakes. Whether you get dinner AND dessert here or just order a shake from their to-go window, you will be wowed by both the taste and size of these milkshakes.

Have a magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth!

    Safe travels,
    Lola
