Janelle, if you have booked a Walt Disney World Resort
Vacation Package, as long as it is more than 30 days prior to your arrival, you can cancel it without any penalties. However, from 2 to 29 days before your arrival, there will be a fee of $200 to cancel. If the cancellation occurs within 2 days of your arrival, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the package price. If you have reserved a room-only reservation at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you may cancel 5 or more days before your arrival to avoid cancellation fees. To cancel your reservation, please call Disney Travel Operations at 407-560-CHAT (2428).
If you booked your Walt Disney World Resort Resort reservation through the website or over the phone with Disney directly, you might be able to change it on your
My Disney Experience account. Simply locate the reservation under the “My Plans” page. If your reservation is eligible to be modified, you will see a link just beneath the confirmation number that states, “Change Reservation.” Once you select this, you will see a series of options available to you.
