I had to change my reservations, added a room at another Disney Hotel, moved one family member to that room and added two more. The park tickets have the right names, but are assigned to the wrong family member. Ex: I have 1 at each hotel. How can I fix?

    Hi, Holly!
Thanks for reaching out to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I certainly know what it's like to juggle a family trip and how things can change along the way.

My best tip to manage the reservations is to talk to a Cast Member by calling the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations phone line. Make sure you have your reservation number (or numbers) and all of the names of your travel party. If possible, keep a list of all of the emails used for each person's My Disney Experience account to make sure the reservations are officially tied to those accounts.

I hope that gets everything straightened out! Have an unforgettable visit to Walt Disney World Resort. Let me know if I can help with any additional questions!
