Hi there, Roy! Thank you for writing to planDisney! I sincerely apologize for not seeing your question sooner. I can certainly understand your wanting to change the dates on your theme park tickets. Florida is rightfully called the Sunshine State with its warm, subtropical climate year-round, but occasionally a cold front can sweep through. It does indeed look to be a little warmer later this week. Even Olaf prefers sun and all things hot! Hopefully, you were able to find a Cast Member at Guest Relations to help sort things out, but for future reference, here are some thoughts and tips:
You can make changes to your tickets, including your ticket dates, before midnight Eastern Time of the day before your ticket's first valid use date. You will need to pay the difference in cost if your new ticket dates are more expensive than your originally selected dates. The easiest way to do this is by logging in to your
My Disney Experience account and going to "My Plans." Then go to your tickets and select "Change Tickets," or you can speak to a Ticketing agent at (407) 934-7639.
Once your ticket dates are changed, it's time to pick new days for your
Park Passes. First, check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to see if your dates and selected theme parks are green; if so, you'll need to cancel your existing reservations and then rebook. I'm sending you some pixie dust that this process has already gone smoothly for you! This weekend, the warmer weather will be perfect for visiting the
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts! There's fun for all ages, including mural painting, snacking at the Outdoor Kitchens, and the
Disney on Broadway Concert Series!
Roy, I hope your trip is practically perfect in every way!
