    How do I change my password? It’s not readily apparent

    Hi David, welcome to planDisney!

    You should be able to update your password in your My Disney Experience account.  You can do this by following the steps below:

    From your computer:

    • Click on the "Profile" link under My Disney Experience.
    • Click on "Account Settings" and sign in, if prompted.
    • In the "Account Info" section, click the right arrow next to "Password."
    • You may be sent a validation code to your email.  Enter that code, if prompted.
    • Update your password.
    • Click "Save."
    From the My Disney Experience Mobile App:

    • Open the My Disney Experience Mobile App.
    • Scroll down and press "My Profile."
    • Press "Account Settings" and sign in, if prompted.
    • In the "Account Info" section, click the right arrow next to "Password."
    • You may be sent a validation code to your email.  Enter that code, if prompted.
    • Press "Save."
