Welcome to planDisney, Mercshondria! We are glad you brought your question to us today.
It is completely understandable that sometimes plans change and you may need to change your Disney Park Pass reservation. At this time, all Guests ages 3 and up must have a Disney Park Pass reservation as well as valid
theme park admission in order to enter a theme park.
If you would like to change your Disney Park Pass reservation to a different theme park or a different date, you will need to cancel your original reservation and then make a new Disney Park Pass reservation. Be sure to check the
availability calendar before canceling your current Disney Park Pass reservation.
Log in to your account on the
My Disney Experience website to cancel your current Disney Park Pass reservations. Find the park reservation you need to cancel in "My Plans" and select "View Details". You should then see the option to cancel your reservation. Once canceled, you will be able to
make a new Disney Park Pass reservation.
I hope that helps! If you have any additional questions, please stop by and see us again. I am wishing you a wonderful vacation at
Walt Disney World Resort!
