How do I change the names I placed on my ticket purchase

Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Edward!

If you have Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park or Water Park tickets that have not been used but are connected to your My Disney Experience account, you can reassign those tickets to someone else on your Family & Friends list. If a ticket has been used, however, it cannot be reassigned.

Log into your My Disney Experience account online or via the My Disney Experience mobile app and choose “My Plans” on the website (through the dropdown arrow next to “My Disney Experience” under the three lines at the top left of your screen) or “Tickets and Passes” on the mobile app (through the three lines in the lower right of the screen).

On the app you’ll see a button that says “Reassign Ticket”; on the website you’ll scroll to “My Plans, Tickets and Passes.” Follow the prompts from here to connect the ticket to the correct name on your list. Only a ticket’s owner may assign it to another Guest, and tickets that are expired, partially used or purchased as a part of a package cannot be reassigned.

If you run into any problems reassigning your ticket, please reach out to the “Existing Tickets” helpline.

Please let us know if there’s anything else we can help with, Edward. Have a magical day!
