Can I change the name on an unused Disneyland ticket?

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Jaira. It looks like you're getting ready to have a magical day, so let's chat about your ticket so you can get to the fun stuff.

You can reach out to a friendly Cast Member at the phone number for Tickets to help with updating the name on a theme park ticket. While having names on your tickets is a great tool for keeping things organized in the Disneyland app, it's often okay if the name doesn't match the person using the ticket. At the entrance gates of the park, each person's picture will be taken once their ticket has been scanned and that will be used to identify the correct ticket holder throughout its use. I once purchased a ticket for my husband and he wasn't able to attend with us at the last minute, so I invited a friend who used the ticket with his name on it and we had no issues.

Halloween Time has fallen over the Disneyland Resort and it's a spellbinding time to visit. The autumnal touches around the parks are gourd-geous (Hello, giant Mickey pumpkin!) and there are seasonal treats galore to sink your teeth into. Speaking of treats, one of my favorite things to do this time of year is to take a sleigh ride on Haunted Mansion Holiday to see the gingerbread creation in the ballroom and then head over to the Grand Californian for a Gingerbread Skeleton Cookie. These cookies are to die for (trust me).

Jaira, I hope this is helpful as you're getting ready for a spooktacular day. Let us know if there's anything else that we can help with. Here's wishing you a most magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth. Happy haunting!
