Can I change the name on the ticket after I bought?

    Hi Martin,

Are you getting so excited for your upcoming visit to The Happiest Place on Earth? It will be here before you know it, and with so many magical things to experience this summer at Disneyland Resort, you're going to have a BLAST!

I'm happy to let you know that yes, you can change the name on a theme park ticket after it's been purchased. While it's not possible to do so yourself either online or through the Disneyland mobile app, you may feel free to contact a friendly Cast Member via phone, email, or the chat feature in the app, and they would be happy to take care of that for you. Do note, though, that wait times are longer than normal now with so many Mouseketeers excited to return to a land of magic. If you're not able to get through to someone, Hakuna Matata...no worries. You'll be able to take care of that at the ticketing gate when you arrive. In fact, when Guests enter a theme park, their picture will be taken to link that ticket to that particular Guest. It's after that point that no more changes can be made as theme park tickets are non-transferable once used.

I'm so glad you stopped by planDisney, and I hope this puts your mind at ease a bit, Martin. I'm wishing you a Disneyland Resort adventure that's FULL of magical moments with memories to cherish for years to come!
