can I change the hotel for my vacation I have already paid for?

    Heigh-Ho Molly,

Welcome to planDisney, it looks like your Walt Disney World visit is just over a month away and it is sure to be an exciting visit, especially because the entire resort will be celebrating Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary. Each Walt Disney World Resort brings a special je ne sais quoi and thus Guests can definitely experience a unique Home Away from Home experience at any resort they choose. In fact, many times I like to start at one Walt Disney World Resort and then switch to a different Walt Disney World Resort, all in one visit. It's quite simple because Bell Services will transfer your luggage to the second resort as you continue your magical day.

Depending on your request and if there is availability then, absolutely, you can change your current reservation. I highly suggest calling (407) 939-1936 and speaking to a Cast Member who will have more information and can make your wish come true. They can, also, adjust the balance that may be due or refunded during this time. Phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. EST and I recommend calling earlier rather than later because they are experiencing a high call volume. Guests who used an Authorized Disney Travel Planner or a travel agent should contact them and make their request know. This is a simple request, it just all depends on availability.

Stay-In-The-Know of guidelines and procedures happening at Walt Disney World by reading the Know Before You Go page and follow the Disney Parks Blog for exciting Disney News and Announcements.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
